I have been a Net10 customer since 2006 and was pleased with their service.
No more.
My Moto-e XT2052DL phone got to where it wouldn't charge, so I shipped it UPS (using the shipping label they emailed me) to this address as directed by Net10. I have a Proof of Delivery dated July 1at 8:56 am.
As it was the week of the 4th of July, I waited a couple of weeks to receive the new replacement phone I was promised… but received no phone (or communications) from Net10/Cooper General Global Services (CGGS).
Since that time I have made multiple telephone calls trying to find out why I have not heard from them or received either (1) a replacement phone or (2) my old phone back.
I have been given the run-around for weeks now. I was told during one call that "my device has been shipped". (I believe that was a lie... if it had been shipped, I would have received it by now.)
After reading CGGS’s "Reviews" section, I noticed that their "good" reviews come from their employees saying it is great place to work, but their customers, like me, generally say that their customer service and communication skills are about as bad as they can get.
I have no faith that CGGS will take action to replace my cell phone or return my old one (still my property). I dare CGGS to prove me wrong.

That does not change the fact that CGGS still has my Moto-e XT2052DL phone and neither you nor Net10 have sent me the old phone back or the promised replacement.
I am STILL waiting for a phone delivery that proves that either one of you cares about my loss.

Cooper General received my old phone on November 28 2023. As of today January 22 2024 i still do not have my replacement phone. Tracfone promised me I would have my new replacement phone within 3 to 5 business days. Each time I call Tracfone they claim Cooper General still have not giving them a new tracking number. This is insane no one should have to wait for months to get their phone replaced. I am so fed up with representatives/managers at tracfone not being able to get a tracking number in order for my phone to be shipped. Tracfone keep telling me to contact UPS CLAIM it got lost in transit.UPS STATED that has been settled with TracFone. Item that was sent did not match the description? Now Tracfone claim warehouse has not given them a new tracking number. Tracfone is back and forth --BETWEEN UPS AND COOPER GENERAL WAREHOUSE.
Unfortunately I am in the middle of them just keep getting the runaround!
I was never told by TracFone at the beginning I will be getting a refurbished or repaired phone I was told I will be getting a new phone! Today January 22 2024 I ask a manager at tracfone was my replacement phone new because when I investigated Cooper General I found out they only repair/ refurbished phone. At first he said yes it will be new. Then I asked him was it coming from Copper General he said yes that's when I told him it's not new he foundly told me the truth it will be a refurbished phone. But he will put another ticket in so I can get a tracking number from the warehouse? WHAT A JOKE it's been since November I should have been had a new tracking number. Tracfone keep blaming the warehouse that's not solving the issue that should be between TracFone and Cooper General not the customer.
The way I have been lied to and misled by tracfone is heinos! This type of behavior from Tracfone will make any business go out of business!

They will keep your straps I even have a picture of em lol with my load secured, do your self a favor and take them out, for that loader that kept em I hope those 20 bucks extra you make from them really help you.

This company is involved in scamming the general public with something called SIM card swapping, they need to be investigated along with Verizon and other companies involved. The government needs to do something about it.

I contacted Cooper General and they provided me with the correct email address to use. I’m glad they helped resolve my issue
