Overnight Parking/Receiving West Area, they would recommend you going to a truck stop instead because of the limited space they have. Pilot & Flying J a mile away.

MAKE SURE TO HAVE 3/4 OR MORE REEFER FUEL IF DROPPING TRAILER, IF NOT YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY!

I arrived at 12:30pm for my 7pm appointment. A guard will be there outside to check you in, once you’re checked in you will get a message link, from there the guard will tell you to slide your tandems to rear and proceed to main receiving office straight ahead. (Next to Dock 34)

When I checked in with the office they said I needed to go to the “Drivers Check-In Receiving West” and showed me on the map how to get there. Went over to the other side , next to Dock 12. Gave me a spot number to drop my loaded trailer, there was already a trailer in my spot number. I dropped my loaded trailer in an empty spot number, in the message link you can select what spot number you picked if another trailer is in your original spot.

Didn’t have any available empty trailers for me to leave with, so bobtailed out.

(They should definitely in the future have the guards tell you which one of the receiving offices to go to. So it doesn’t have the trucker go to one receiving office and then go to another receiving office) DOING TOO MUCH!

First, no one here has a clue what’s going on. The receiving lady was rude, Cindy Nelson. If you come here to get meat waste fry bake, with a dry van, REFUSE THE LOAD IMMEDIATELY. it’s chicken waste and will get all over your trailer and stink it up. If you do except it, make sure YOU have the BOL. If not they will have no clue what to do. Don’t depend on security because they have no clue at all. I’d plan on washing out your trailer afterwards and letting it set open for a week or so to air out. If you have a van trailer with vents it might not be so bad. UPDATE: it was a total mess. See before and after pic

Nice people, shipping, recibing and gard check. I was my appt at 15:30 and check in 12 hrs earlier and they allowed me stay at the gravel yard while waiting for one doce. At 06:00 they gave me a door number and my empty paperas work two hrs after. Really was a nice experiece for my self

My experience for delivery went so great. My appt was 0800, I got the gate 0715. The security guard checked me in and wanted me to slide my tandem all way to the back before getting in their facility. Make sure you have delivery number or confirmation number (see the attached picture) otherwise you can't checked. I found mine on the rate confirmation, there was nothing on the BOL or you can reach out to our dispatcher or broker for that number.
Shipping office is block away from the gate in your right side. I was done with Shipping office by 0724 and was sent straight to dock#9.
I had to drop my trailer and waited to be offloaded. In less than 15 minutes, they were done with me and by 0800 I was out of their facility.
There is no overnight parking spot, but less .6 mile there is flying G (175 spots) and pilot (100 sopts) for sure you will find a room for the night.

I’ve been sitting here all afternoon hungry and ready to get unloaded so i can beat the rush hour traffic going home. They are the slowest receiving company in the USA. First the lady in receiving said, “they are on break but just park out there and they will come get you in a minute”. Then after an hour, i went back in to check. Then she said, “oh it’s time for shift change so it will be a little longer”. I’ve been here for three hours now. I should be at home already. These folks do not care about you’re time as a driver.

This is a TYSON chicken plant. I’ll never go here again. Was here 9 hours. Slow unorganized no communication. Going on 12 hours they loaded me at 3 and it’s now 9am and they can’t produce a bol. Asking me what a bol is. Btw they like to have frozen expired chicken as loads which make your dry van trailer smell. This is crazy. I haven’t been to sleep yet and nobody knows nothing. This is the worst place I’ve been to.

Very nice staff. I checked in by the gate around 7:15 pm and went to the receiving office , the lady was very wonderful and helpful person. Checked out 8:55 pm.
