If I could give this company ZERO stars I would. I made an online order with Zara and when I went to my account to check the status of my order it said my package was delivered at my home that same day. When I got to my house, there was no packaged and my mom was home so she would’ve known if a package was delivered. I can’t even believe that a company like Zara would use a horrible delivery service like this. They are currently investigating the issue, but from these reviews I know the delivery driver stole my order. To be honest, I’m sure they never even came to my house to deliver the package. They saw that big package and decided to keep it for themselves. At the rate this company is going, they are not going to last.

0/10 would not recommend. Their delivery guy stole my bag out of my package and delivered an empty box. & I have cameras to prove so and their customer service is horrible. Any company that uses cdl I will not use!!

Like many reviewers here I have recently had a delivery incident with my Zara purchase which was supposed to be delivered last week by Columbus. There was no tracking number or link attached in the email from Zara (first red flag), and the package was marked “delivered” two days later. I was home all day on the supposed delivery date (second red flag). My desk is right next to the front door and from my window, I can see the street so if they have actually come to my house with the package, I would have seen them. Not a single delivery other than USPS that day.

I called Zara and pressed them to escalate the issue to open another investigation because they initially refused to take any further action. I will stop shopping online at Zara, or all together, after this experience.

THEY HIRE THIEVES!!! I ordered from Zara and was home all day the day of the supposed delivery. I also have multiple cameras around my house. These ppl marked my Zara package as delivered but they actually NEVER DELIVEREDMY PACKAGE! While on the chat with Zara Customer Support I Googled and found multiple ppl that share this same experience. Zara makes way to much money to use a bottom of the barrel company like this. No wonder they have less that 2 stars. I WILL NO LONGER PURCHASE FROM ZARA UNTIL THEY USE A REPUTABLE DELIVERY COMPANY!

Horrible (non)delivery experience. Their tracking system doesn’t work, and it looks like it was made by a high school student 20 years ago. Vitamin Shoppe kept updating their expected delivery date to “tomorrow”, but there was no way to identify where the package was, and it was apparently lost or stolen by CDL. When Vitamin Shoppe sent me a replacement order, they thankfully went with a more reputable delivery company.

If I could give this delivery company negative 5 stars I certainly would. They have missed delivering 3 of my Hello Fresh boxes on time. This last delivery scheduled for this past Monday July 30 never made it despite being told 2 days in a row my box was on the delivery truck. Yesterday their website said it had been delivered - yet no box anywhere in sight as of today Wednesday August 1. The food is now spoiled for sure. Customer service reps are condescending, patronizing and refuse to take ownership of their company's delivery mistakes and don't offer any help or solution to make it right. How they are still in business is puzzling!

Ordered an item from Nordstrom's and package says it was delivered to my front door but I never received it. Mind you I live in an apartment building with 10 apartments on each floor. I dont believe they even came to the door. I contacted Nordstrom and I was quickly refunded my money, however I would rather my item. This company is a no go. I thought Logistics was bad that Amazon uses for same day delivery but @ least they will knock or call then leave the package. If you see CDL is delivering your package stand outside.

Wish i could give them a zero. was not surprised to see someone here review their experience from zara. This company obviously stole my package after "taking a photo". I lost a lot of my moneys worth of clothes because of this useless shady courier i never heard of. zara should've used some better company not this trash. AVOID THIS USELESS COMPANY
