Great experience with SGT Auto transport. We did the free quote online and called immediately as it was a very reasonable price to tow our vehicle. We spoke with Zach. He was very polite and informative. Answered every question we had and made sure we were comfortable before booking. They found a driver within the 3 day window they provided and sent email communication the entire way. A1 tow company reached out and Corey (our driver) was awesome. He allowed us to ask all questions and gave us the ok to call at anytime for updates and to check on the vehicle if needed. Corey also was very knowledgeable and accurate with his information. We are very happy with both companies and recommend for towing service.

SGT did an amazing job arranging my transport of my Mercedes great service and price my car went from California to Colorado 1100 miles in less than 24 hrs.

Excellent service from the first phone call with Gary to the driver Alex who stayed in contact with me via text before he picked up my car to the time he delivered the car.
I would highly recommend this company and definetly use them again.

Excellent experience from start to finish. I was told that the pickup window would be 1-3 days. 2 hrs after booking I had a notification that the driver would be there in 90 minutes!

Murat, the driver was awesome. Friendly, polite and on time. Handled my 66 Mustang with care and safety being his no. 1 priority.
Car arrived next day in FL in same condition.

SGT claimed to provide the most qualified transporters. The guy we had was Ukrainian, had difficulty with the English language, had an accident or incident en route that resulted in damage to the transporting vehicle’s right front wheel. The other vehicle being transported appeared to have its right front quarter damaged. Fortunately, our car was not damaged, although the items inside it were all askew. Upon arrival, over an hour was spent searching for my vehicle’s key-fob, to no avail. It is, as far as I know, still missing. I want to know what SGT is going to do about that. A replacement costs around $700.00.

Shipping a car is stressful. Cars are expensive and you sort of need them for transportation so when you need to ship them from point A to point B you really want to make sure you get a reliable and reputable company because the last thing you want is for the car to go missing or show up damaged. I have used three different car haulers in the last 10 years shipping 5 cars during that time. One car hauler delivered my car with mice in it, one delivered my car so shaken up that critical components were shaken loose. That has NOT been my experience with SGT. Ever since finding SGT Auto Transport, they have become my go to for car transport services. My cars show up ahead of schedule, with no mice, and damage free. They make the process simple and stress free throughout the entire process and communicate really well. I have used SGT twice now and both times I was really impressed with their services and how professional and courteous their drivers are. They exceeded my expectations both times and were super easy to schedule and super reliable and fast. I love how simple they are to schedule and work with throughout the process. I have used their expedited enclosed delivery and their open hauler standard delivery both where amazing. I highly recommend SGT for your stress free car hauling needs.
