Ashley is a great dispatcher. Her driver had to jump through some extra hoops that were not part of the original deal. Rather than make it a huge fuss, and leave us in a bad situation, they were both extremely easy to work with and helped resolve the solution.

Stacy,
I am sorry about your encounter with us. Although in Dan's defense we've had your product in our warehouse for over 2 years (31 months). We have been paid for 12 months. It does not have to be us that carries your product to California (approximately 2500 miles - NC to CA). Inform your carrier that it will take about 20 feet and will need to be packaged (blanket wrap). Please have your carrier pick up by November 15th and we will not charge you anything further. If you cannot get your product by November16th, we need to do something - -
NOTHING LESS THAN ALL UNPAID BACKCHARGES.
Stacy, we just can't afford you anymore. Let us put a paying customer in the space you're occupying. My heart goes out to you and whatever struggles you're having. This is how we make our payroll and pay for the building. I am sure you don't give your product away and expect to survive.
WE JUST CAN'T CARRY YOU ANY LONGER.
AGAIN, get your product out no later than Monday and we will eat all back charges.
