As much as i want to give a 5 star review, I just can't. I was quoted one price, and when it came down to the day of shipment, the price hiked. I can accept the difference. But when my insured shipment arrived, everything was completely damaged and no longer functioning. When i contacted the company, Brian appeared as if he was going to resolve the issue, only to ignore my concerns and put me off for a week without a resolution. Somehow the insurance guarantee i was given, does not apply to my shipment A week later, my questions remain unanswered and there still is not a resolution. The company does not appear to be concerned with the lack of professionalism or sufficient business etiquette, now that they have received their money. Now, I appear to be the only one that has lost, not only the hefty shipping costs, but now the cost of my "insured" equipment as well. Buyer beware.
