This is my favorite store in town. I love the employees, they’re kind, helpful and professional. I’ve been using their curbside shopping since the pandemic began and their personal shoppers get it right every time. If they’re out of an item, and you’ve chosen the option to substitute, they will give you choices. How much easier can it get?

I still visit inside, if it’s a quick purchase, and the store is well-stocked, tidy and clean.

Kinda high prices on select things, but it pays for the difference in price when a friendly worker brings your groceries to your car! Especially when you have 2 kids and you have a buggy full of groceries and it's raining!!! Friendly customer service always brings me back, and the cashiers actually talk to you unlike some major chain in our town! Keep it up guys Awesome job! 🙂

Great location, however they like to keep only 1-2 registers open no matter how many people are in line waiting. I'll pay extra (which Brookshires definitely charges more than the other grocery stores) for convenience, but not to
have to wait in line 10-15 minutes just
to check out.

This is a great grocery store! They have a Bakery, Deli, Meat Department, and Produce department that are usually well stocked and staffed with very helpful employees. As part of their loyalty program for money spent on groceries you get a discount on gas! As a bonus they bag and load your groceries which is a huge help to a Mom such as myself! Highly recommend!

Like this store but prices are twice the price of other stores. Great to shop here for sales though and use your points, given by their rewards card for cents off gas at their gas station. I once got 27 cents off each gallon.Best place for sliced Watermelon,they are always sweet so I don't buy them whole anymore.Nice people,Good store. They still carry your groceries and walk you to your car.

Our local grocery store, clean, helpful staff, I've had occasions where I couldn't locate an item, staff actually walked to where the item is located. It's a shame they're closing the pharmacy department in most of their stores.

My Brookshire's is always great. The customer care is outstanding and it's always clean. I appreciate the service and value and the managers there are always available. Their employees seem happy as well.
