They don't pay the charges, they have a bad rating with the factories, they tell you they'll pay via Quick PT, they make the transaction, send you a receipt, and then cancel it. The money never appears in your account. They're thieves!

Ray from Bartlett Logistics provided the best experience I have ever had from a delivery company. We had an issue with a washer and dryer installation and he personally took over and got the whole thing sorted out. He went as far as ordering parts from LG for us to get everything set up properly! Highly recommend!

I had two separate issues with unprofessional drivers from this company in one day. I tried contacting the company to discuss the dangerous behavior of there drivers, but no one has answered the phone in three days! This is not a professional Co. that cares about the quality of people they hire or even answering the phones. I would take my freight and delivery business to a company that can hire good drives and cares enough to answer the phones. There are so many logistics companies out there that I have used that are way more professional and way more safe on the road.

My car was hit by a work truck from this company. After they hit my car the driver just took off and left. Never said a word. Since I didn't get a license plate and the individual never came forward I was stuck with repairing my car out of pocket. Not very good morals for a company if you ask me.
