Went in and came out with a great phone, and cell service. It was a awesome experience.
The guy's are terrific, they are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
The store was clean and comfortable.
My only regret is I didn't switch to at&t sooner.

Everytime I enter this store location I always receive the best customer service care. Last night my husband got off work and wanted to get me the 13 iPad pro, in getting to the store it was 6:55, store closes at 7:00. The gentleman inside Bryan didn't care that it was almost closing time. He didn't rush through the transaction and he made us feel he wanted us there and valued our business no matter how late it was. He made it warm and inviting. Also last month I want to give a shout out to another employee John. He helped us upgrade our device, he was also very professional and caring. Like I said these men at this location you can't rate them enough stars, they go above and beyond in their customer service skills very happy with my local store 🤗

They should send the guys that work here around to teach other stores how to take care of customers! They fixed my iPad when no one else has been able to…. But they also did some healing on several others devices while I was there and each time they couldve easily told the customer to go figure it out…. That’s how most stores would have dealt be it but not this crew! Very very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable!
