They all should get on the same page. Online account page says to contact local office and gives you a phone number to the Searcy office. When you call the number the guy I’m assuming is the security guy at the front is rude and will not let you talk to anyone who can help you. Call the hotline. He says. Then they say contact your local office. Surely someone knows how to do something.

It is a little slow right no owe as there are only 2 people working at the building and only one person is allowed in the vestibule at a time. All business is conducted through a door and it is hard to hear but they do take care of you and get your problems/questions taken care of.

If you try to call, they put you through to somewhere else that either leaves you on hold for 30-45 mins or tells you they're busy and hangs up. If you go to the office, it's one at a time and they rush you through a vestibule to get to the next person. They give you the same answer you keep getting that doesn't help any issue
