DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!Absolutely avoid this place. All the bad reviews are true. I went in at 1130 for a 12pm pickup. I was sent to a warehouse around the corner and stayed in a line. It took me 4 hours to get in a door. I waited in the door for three hours. I was told at that point they were about to load me. They changed shifts and the new shift decided they didn't want to play catch-up for the previous shift. They started rejecting trailers for "white powder on the floor" I talked to several other trucks that I seen there at the truck stop and they all got rejected for the same reason. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!

Worst place to get a load from I will give them -0 for the way they talk to the drivers when you call them so don’t even try to go 20 minutes before the appointment they will tell you to go and come back in 40 minutes. After 5 hours I got loaded. Hopefully I check the comments and extra clean the trailer just in case but with Their attitude is a terrible place. Investors owners organization or who ever in charge of this place keep both eyes and give them a course of empathy… specially for the day shift

Just checked in , they take a look in my trailer and rejected just bcz he took a white paper and pass it in floor of the trailer some little black like smoke. The trailer is completely clean as you can see . If your trailer don’t washout don’t go there

Initially, I was rejected for metal shavings on the floor they sent me down the street to TWA, which was an even worse experience. After you wash out, do you have to wait for at least a 1/2 a day for your trailer to dry. Fast forward to being rejected twice, they were still complaining that the floor was damp and they couldn't load me. Then why ask for a washout? Make sure your trailer is swept out thoroughly before coming here.

This is the worse place to go. Stay far away from here. Had a load to pick up there on 02/11/25. Got there and they told me that my trailer had an odor, and told me to go wash it. Keep in mind that it’s raining. I just had delivered a load of roll stock that morning. And went straight there. They were all laughing when telling me to go wash out there trailer.

I respect all the driver’s and there comments but i am here so many times it’s always a great experience. I am here at 6pm on 11-1-22 for a pick up which is scheduled to be picked up at 2pm on 11-2-22 and they are going to load me. And there loading time is less than 2 hours always. Just follow what they say and you’ll be out in less than 2 hours. Good job guys 👍

WARNING WARNING WARNING

No matter what they reject you and your trailer even if you bring zero mileage truck and trailer.

Checked in twice first time they gave me door and rejected me for little small issues on trailer wall I went and fixed it came back with receipt from shop because they asked me if I don’t show them the receipt they will not accept me so I came back
show them the receipt again rejected me now they saying trailer not clean which was clean I said I’ll clean give me 20 minutes they said no I should go to truck wash and bring them the receipt.

They force trucker make jobs ou them for local business around them because they get commission,

Arrived an hour early and was accepted. People all friendly. I did have to sweep a little bit of the trailer. Was loaded and leaving 10 mins after appt time. Great job!!!
