Man this ppl will eat ur clock da fudge up first & last time here like the picking & wrapping then loading ya neva again 11/14/24 8pm appt& it’s 1130 & still counting

Drop and hook for me, great set-up, easy check in and out. Friendly and helpful employees. Have never live loaded here , so I can’t be of any help there. To check out and receive bills u will have to walk up ramp to man door three, then bring paper work bck to guard and they will seal your trailer.

They are not too bad . I showed up on Sunday afternoon for a Monday 10am appointment but they took me in on Monday morning 7am . The unload was very quick. I think about 40 minutes.

This facility instruction says come in 4 hours before your ETA but I showed up an hour and a half and they took me in.This facility is very spacious easy access to docks in and out and they do have access to a restroom for drivers.

The lady at the guard shack was friendly and the lady in the office was friendly. That's where the good stops. You will sit here forever if you are live loading. Over 3 hours and counting. I'm the only truck being live loaded. They've actually stopped loading me. I'll never come here again. I would suggest refusing the load if you are sent here.

Very slow to check in, slide axles before entering yard. Fill out Covid19 form, give your paperwork to guard and wait for them to tell you your 12 hours to early/late before appointment time. Or if all goes well then your assigned a spot to drop or dock at a door. Careful on this property lots of cracks and holes due to recent rains some are being fixed. Not a good place to pick up empty trailers, must call guard shack to verify status on trailers.

They are a typical Kelloggs facility. Maybe your load is ready, maybe it's not. No parking permitted on their lot, but a couple of trucks can park on the adjacent property. Treat it nice or they will say no more parking. There is a grocery store about 1.5 mi away that will permit parking. Staff there is very friendly. Treat their lot well so that we remain welcome.
