Ever since we have been getting packages from the Yellville Arkansas Distribution Outpost, there has been nothing but problems. Packages are continuously late, damaged and sent back, or delivered to the wrong address. When tracking my package, it will almost be here then it will say it has lost track of the carrier and then my package will be delayed by several more days if it gets here at all. Other people have said they are having the same problems. I tried to order cat litter three separate times and each time, my packages were damaged and sent back. I have mobility problems and I depend on Amazon for much of my buying. I have been waiting for a couple of my orders for nine days now. What gives Amazon? I was going to give zero stars, but it won't let me post unless I give at least one. In all fairness, though, most of the drivers have been friendly and helpful. Not sure it is actually their fault.

Find drivers who will deliver packages. People expect to get the items they order. Some items are only available from Amazon. If other people have the same issues I have, there are going to be some extremely angry people and sad kids this holiday season. My package wasn't delivered, and I was told that the carrier couldn't access my home, but that is simply not true! I get packages ALL OF THE TIME! I've never had issues before. I contacted Amazon to resolve the issue, then was told that there were no updates from the carrier, so I canceled my order so I can at least get a refund, and now it says that I refused delivery, and the order was previously canceled, which is simply not true! It was a Christmas item. Why the hell would I cancel it Yes, I can get a refund, but that's not the point. This isn't a victimless crime like people think it is. If items aren't being delivered, then they are being stolen. Either by the driver or an employee. These people need to be investigated for theft!! Also, for what it's worth, if you do return it to the seller, you could just take it to the post office, and send it to my house, but that would be too much to ask. SMH.

The drivers do not even deserve a mark on a star. What’s so hard about delivering packages to the correct address? There’s elderly people who have ordered items that shows delivered and definitely not to the correct place. I hate when only option for delivery is an Amazon driver. I’d rather deal with USPS,UPS OR FEDEX least you get your items delivered correctly. Yellville center is a joke! Yam need to make your drivers do their job correctly.

Every now and again we get a good delivery driver from this facility. Since I live on a dirt road and there is a shallow creek to cross, I have even given instructions to leave packages at a neighbor's house or to call and I could meet them, etc. More often than not, I get delayed deliveries... tracking shows it left the facility and is on its way... then it is returned to the facility instead.

Quite often it says delivered in my hands only to have to go on a hunt to find out where it was delivered because I wasn't home. Today, it says driver attempted delivery today at 2:30, but couldn't make it to the front door so will try again tomorrow... um.... Currently, I have been waiting for two items. The first has apparently been out for delivery and returned to facility every day since Friday (it is now Tuesday) with the last update saying it is delayed. It says I need to contact the facility, but there is no instructions on how to do that.

The second package was out for delivery for the first time on Monday, and low and behold, it was found on my porch because I wasn't home. Thank you!

Normally I would give Amazon Delivery Drives five stars; however, today I was outside and a delivery driver (on Ridgecrest) was delivering a package between 12-1245pm. I was looking at him because I thought he had delivered my package to the neighbor across the street. So I was just observing. The guy with long greasy hair yells, "What?! Have you never seen an Amazon Delivery driver before?" He was rather mean and rude. I thought it was tacky at best.

Everytime I have an important package that's SUPPOSED to be out for delivery between Xam-Xpm on such and such date, and I can see WHEN my package arrives here it takes several days to get to my place and I'm only 15 minutes away. Needs better management and better package handling and delivering.

Numerous problems with packages coming out of Yellville. Late and missing shipments frequently from there. Thought it was just me until I came here.

Why does Amazon put a distribution hub in town with 1200 people in the first place? They obviously have a small workforce to draw from. Why not put it Mountain Home?

It may be somewhat unfair to complain about shipments from Amazon, (FedEx, UPS and USPS aren't much better), but I have to start somewhere.

READ IF YOU GET DELIVERIES TO WRONG LOCATION.
Okay, so here's the deal. The last 6 deliveries were to a farm house over 5 miles away, but I live in a condo. I had multiple discussions with Amazon corporate and they assured me that it was corrected. But it wasn't UNTIL I made a copy of a map showing the discrepancy and took it to the Yellville office. It was fixed that day. They use map coordinate, not addresses for deliveries.
