Best in the business! I've been a happy tenant for about two years; where do I start? When I've called, the phone hasn't rung more than 3 times. The recent issue I had with the door was resolved very quickly; there were no silly questions or accusations. Shane is a very professional manager. The last manager was great, too. None of my property was missing although there was no lock on the door for a period of time. This is a 5-star business, managed by 5-star folks. Their service is fast, polite, and professional. Exceptional.

The owner is diligent about protecting his units. One day I left it unlocked because I didn't engage the hasp correctly and he saw on his daily rounds and called me right away so I could come lock my unit. So far seems like a pretty up front and trust worthy guy, which I appreciate!

I getting really fed up with this place. There machine outside to give payments never works. The lady that works there is rude everytime I call ; and her husband is a weirdo everytime I go to my storage which I really dnt go to often he comes out and walks or will drive around... Freaky and just everytime I need help to pay my storage their closed; but yet they answer the phone.. Smh Need to find a better storage facility with nice respectful people who can actually help when you need it.
