I can’t think the company enough for everything that they’ve done. They were able to locate an item that was never sent to them by a different carrier request at the manufacturer resend my mattress it and get it to me within 24 hours of them receiving it. All points inc. has gone above and beyond any other to help us get out items. Thank you so much. If you use this company or if you have an item being sent to you more than likely it is contracted through a different carrier prior to them receiving your products please keep in mind that they can only do so much as a contracted out third-party delivery service and be patient as their delivery trucks go to certain areas during certain days but if you have any questions or concerns please contact them directly to customer service is absolutely amazing

How is this place in business?

Terse and non-descript when communicating via phone. Contacted me on the projected date of delivery (a day on which I had already spent about 8 hours of waiting) and requested that they deliver the next day. After spending 12 hours waiting (and postponing all other plans/opportunities), they did not show on the day they rescheduled delivery for. I called the company to ask about the delivery, and after waiting for over an hour on hold (without hold music), I gave up.

Sure hope I get my delivery sometime soon. I also hope IKEA stops contracting their delivery services to them.

On October 17th of 2019 I was to receive a delivery at my home from them and they scheduled me in for that morning. I took off work and waited for them and they didn't show. I called and was told that the "truck had broken down" and they would not be able to make the delivery until the next day. I was not pre-emptively called, they did not volunteer any information or updates. They delivered the next day at 8AM, which I had to take more time off work to be there for.

Fast-forward to today, September 2nd, 2020. Yesterday they called me to deliver another shipment and scheduled the window between 8AM and 12PM today, 9/2. 11:30 AM rolls around I've heard nothing. I call and the "truck has broken down" again. Currently waiting for them to call me back with more information on when they will be able to deliver.

They had no intent of volunteering information to me again. I question that their trucks are breaking down this often or if this is just their blanket excuse for "we are running behind". If their trucks are this decrepit, maybe they should do something about that.

This is incredibly frustrating.

I have twice scheduled a pick up with All Points (for the same item - schedule and re-schedule). Both times they did not show and no one reached out to me. When I called them, they were not apologetic. I wasted two Saturdays sitting at home waiting for them.

Did not deliver on promised ship date. Did not provide a delivery window. Did not uphold contract agreement as 3rd party logistics company. Sales/Service reps were incredibly rude from the moment I picked up the phone.
