The conversation on the phone was nice, but the car was filthy, smelled like cigarettes and when arrived they wouldn’t get off the phone or talk to me about how much I owed. They also swerved a bit because they were on the phone while driving and not paying attention.

I have used affordable taxi for around two years now. They are always kind, and friendly which is nice. I like how they offer cash app payments as an option as well this has come in handy! After you call a couple of times your name and number is saved which saves both you and them time. They are also the quickest. Sure you may wait a few minutes but you aren’t their only call, if you call every five minutes to see where your ride is, this slows everything down. It doesn’t help anything I promise. I haven’t driven out of Russellville but prices locally are always reasonable. I also appreciate that they let you add a stop, if you forgot about it while planning your day.

Affordable Taxi has great service. I not only use them for personal rides but also use them for my doctor's appointments. They are signed up with my insurance. Never have them be late picking me up, I arrive on time and drop back off at home in a timely manner. The drivers are friendly and respectful. The owners are always there when you have any questions.
