This was hands down the best experience I could have ever asked for. The story is too long to share in its entirety but it ends with a very unpleasant moving coordinator informing me that they would not be able to fulfill the deliver of our stuff until nearly a month after the delivery date. Fortunately, United Vanlines found a company to deliver “only” 8 days after the date, although all of our fine China was shattered, along with the majority of our plate-ware.

My impression is that this firm is wonderful if you’re moving in to NWA, but steer clear if your goal is to move out.

Alex, Nick and Mike were amazing. They made the move experience as smooth as possible for us moving from UK to America. They communicated daily with ETAs, were helpful and assembled all furniture and took debris away. Fantastic team! Would definitely recommend.
