I was assured I would hear about a pick up time for my vehicle. Upon pick up day I had called to only find out they had never scheduled a driver for picking up my vehicle. This entire experience as a customer I was the one who was calling trying to get information but never got a call from the company. Just UNBELIEVABLE.
