Wow, I’m completely baffled by the incompetence of this company. They left me at Peshastin Park n Ride at midnight in the freezing cold totally stranded. Talked to three separate people on the phone after my scheduled pick up and no one knew what was happening. All the dudes expressed irritation at both me and each other over my predicament. Never again.

I’ve seen these taxis many times over the last few weeks and they have horrible drivers. The drivers I have seen switch lanes abruptly without signaling, drive too fast around curves, and hard stop. Most recent is today, watching a driver in an Acadia aggressively driving behind a car on Springwater. Watching him heavily break three times, because he’s tailgating, causing the whole vehicle jump was ridiculous to watch. Plus he was smoking. If you value your safety or your health for second or third hand smoke exposure, I definitely would not recommend this company.

Had a scheduled pickup to take us to the airport with Bethany and she was fantastic. Even showed up early and was very courteous throughout the trip. Would highly recommend again.

Some mix up with reservation to pick us up at the airport last night, 10-15-24 at 12:15am, which was not really the problem. However, the driver (a man) who did pick us up was really angry about the situation and loudly vented using foul language the entire ride. Was most certainly not professional which made for a very unpleasant ride.

After using this transport for many years, they have provided mostly good service. IF things didn't go according to plan we were able to adjust the schedule and fare.

I was told by the Hilton garden inn that AC Checker was the most reliable taxi in town. They said to schedule my ride the night before so I called them and set it up for 4am. I even received a text saying no reason to call back, your ride has been scheduled. I was waiting at the door at 4 and by 4:02 no one showed up so I called. They told me that they’re taking the flight crew to the airport and they would come get us afterwards. I told her I scheduled this last night and she said well I wasn’t the one that scheduled it. I asked if there was another taxi they could send and she said no. I asked to speak to a manager and she said there’s only the owners and they aren’t up yet. I had allotted 1 hour for checking in as the airport website said to do. I was quite clear when I scheduled the ride that we had a flight at 5:15. With the 10 minute ride to the airport we would have been there an hour and 5 minutes early. She said well you can call apple taxi. I asked her to just have their driver hurry because I didn’t want to cancel in the event I couldn’t find other transportation. I hung up and called apple taxi. He was there in about 7 minutes. By that time it was 4:25. He loaded our luggage quickly and we got to the airport at 4:45. We ran into the airport and they were just closing the ticket counters. They got us through and we barely made it to the plane before it took off. As we were going through security, I received a text that the driver had arrived to pick us up. A full 45 minutes late!! It was the worst way to start off your morning. It cast a pall over the whole day of travel. I called to complain while sitting in the Seattle airport but the owners are never available. I was told they weren’t accepting phone calls at this time. I did call the Hilton Garden Inn and advise them what happened hoping they will not recommend these people as the most reliable anymore. Because they are most certainly not reliable. A big thank you to Apple Taxi for helping us.
