He always answers his phone, is very attentive and takes care of things when he says is will. He makes me feel like the pretty princess i am on the inside, behind the red beard and dad bod. I been truckin cross country for 30+ years and have dealt with many many brokers and agents for work, but I have never had such a professional, courteous, kind and accommodating and wonderful agent like Mollie Carpenter. She has bent over backwards to keep me loaded with great good paying loads.
