Envíe mi caja hace 3 meses y primero me dijeron que la aduana la tenía retenida después que ya había pasado a mi país y ahora que la van a volver a Estados Unidos y llamo y me dan cada rato información diferente ahora que está nuevamente en mi país son unos irresponsables me dijeron que mi caja llegaría a mi país en diciembre y ya estamos en febrero y no se donde está mi caja cuando llegue ya nada le va quedar bueno a los niños y ellos no responden ni se hacen cargo de nada y ahora que no me hacen el reembolso completo de lo que pagué al inicio y ni saben dónde está mi caja irresponsables
