Solomon shipping

I recently send a Barrel on November 2024 to be delivered to
My Mother who is Elderly and Disabled in Guyana. This Barrel was to be delivered TO HER DOOR, for which I paid for this Extra service. On the date of delivery the extra payment for door delivery was NOT MET!
The delivery person LEFT THE BARREL IN THE FRONT YARD!!!
I had to call a family member to go to the house with another person to bring the Barrel up stairs to my Mother!

This is UNACCEPTABLE! AND NOT WHAT I PAID EXTRA FOR!

I have called and called to resolve this issue with either REFUNDING THE EXTRA PAYMENT FOR THE DIRECT DOOR SERVICE and an explanation as to what happened.
As of right now I haven't received any response.
Can you please contact me to resolve this problem immediately.

I've been using this place for over 15 yrs, Mr G Solomon and his kids have been doing a great job considering the many changes this industry can have, but my experience they always try to make the Customer happy I've never had a problem that was directly Solomon shipping fault. So I'll always recommend this company to my family and friends!

I have been using their door to door service to Jamaica for the past 5 years. I purchase my items online and send it to their warehouse. They pack my barrels and ships it to Jamaica. I have never had an issue with my items missing. I am beyond pleased. I have had issues in the past with other companies, but they have been consistently trustworthy.

Solomon’s shipping was very efficient, for a good price, very professional and it reached with no damage. It took a couple of days to get through Guyana 🇬🇾 customs , a total of 4 days past the estimated arrival date, but no problem. They called the receiver of the package to set up a delivery time and everything went smoothly. Will be shipping with them is the future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Worst company don’t ship with them
I send barrel with them twice and both times they steal most of stuff
And when I call to make a complaint is another drama I curse them out never again !!!! I send a barrel with Dennis shipping and everything got there nothing was missing I’ll rather take my barrels all the way to Ny because I know when it get to Guyana everything will be there !!!!!! As you can see nothing was missing !!!
