I have not had a bad experience with this company to date. I have used them twice now and everyone is very professional, from the customer service representative to the individuals who picked up the barrels. I found this company through recommendation and so far so good. I will continue to use them in the future and expect to continue to receive the same excellent service as before. I just wanted to say a special thanks to the individuals who does the pick up. Two of the most professional individuals you will ever meet. My first and last time using this company..Picking up the barrel from US is good. The company they use at the wharf in Kingston is a rip off. It not the big wharf. Looks they rent a small space at the wharf. People lining up from 6 am and still there at 3 pm waiting. They are little cheaper to ship to JA but just pay more for the other companies who ship..saves the headache.
They did not even call to say the barrel was ready for pickup. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Worsted shipping company ever just shipped 2 barrels down to Kingston. They took all of my personal belongings. All of my vacation clothes I put two dozen of deodorant. They only gave me back 2. They stole so many things out of my barrels, and no one can answer to me. Now I have no clothes no underwear no deodorant no body wash because they opened my barrel and took all of it
