Rude a+×+× ppl but must go left at frontage road check in call some number n then come over to this dump n get loaded with some more rude ppl. These places sucks n the ppl need to be replaced with a group of people ( Mexican) that likes to work hard n are nice.

First note. 2 parts of Jim Walter Drive. Easy to find. WASH TRAILER FLOOR IF IT IS DuSTY SEND U AWAY TO WASH!!!!!?When u pull up to the gate call the # on the gate to check-in. No one is in a hurry. Took 2 hours to back in at dock. 4 docks. Took almost an hour for the guy come out take pics of trailer vin#. Had me pull the red line. Oops 15 minutes later. Go wash trailer floor. Yes dry van. Cost $47. I washed truck too. Minds well. Total $113. Flying J across the street. I took a 10 hour break. Trailer in the summer heat. Allow 3 hours to dry. Arrive back there early morning hours. Couple hours to load.... Avoid this fiasco if you have load plans next day. Or like me now maybe wont unload on Friday. 24 hour shipper. Food grade roll stock.

I was supposed to pick up at the warehouse at 1 Jim Walter Dr in a Saturday afternoon. The employees were very rude and not respectful of me as a professional driver. They did send me to their other warehouse at 4000 Abernathy. I was treated better. And in spite of my trailer being a little dusty they still accepted the and did not try the trailer wash-out scam that many drivers have reported. Maybe the washout place is closed orvperhaps these workers want to hurry up and get home. They have been loading me steadily for about an hour. I believe that they are finishing up. Also, BEWARE that the Walmart in Texarkana, Texas is putting boots on overnight truckers in spite of previously allowing trucks for many years.

Be careful they are scammers. They have a deal with a local truck washing company who charges $300 to wash and dry your trailer. My trailer is a year old and has been washed recently and they still sent me to get it washed so they can take a cut of that $300 and took 11 hours to load me.

July 18th 2023 - Appointment was 12 noon but I arrived at 10:30. Called to check in and was sent to this warehouse. Was on dock maybe 20 minutes, maybe. Got me loaded quick and the dude was nice enough to seal my doors so I didn't hop out at all. 5 stars for this place, that's unbeatable. Leaving at 11 on the dot.

Place is a joke for truckers no organization at all you go to one warehouse just to be told to come here. You wait in line for a dock for hours apparently they are scared of talking to truckers being you call to check in at other warehouse. Than you wait till one of 4 docks opens up to back into
