Let us freeze twice with a newborn baby. They told us to let them know when we were at 10%, when we called, they never showed. After canceling 2 months ago, they still will not pick up their tank.

Paid in full, told them I just bought the house and wouldn't be available to schedule for over a month. They tried to come out to my house WITHOUT ASKING when I wasn't even in the state and now they are charging me 50 dollars to come out again. I have 3 kids and now no hot water and they won't even come out. Tried calling them to ask them to come out, told them I have no hot water and they didn't care. I have to wait 8 days with no hot water, or way to feed my kids.

Company does not deliver when they say they will. We’ve paid in advance for two years and are always left waiting weeks for our delivery. Last year the let us go a month with no gas. We ordered ahead of winter time this year, paid $400 two weeks ago, gas was supposed to be delivered today and has not been. I requested to cancel services. Waiting on them to refund my money and we’re switching to Spring River. This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

We switched to them they filled are tank first time no problem. Second time they tried to not give us the price lock we had. There is now water in my tank every night the heat stops working because of water. Called they said we would have to pay to get it looked at. Really never had this problem before. Contacted a nother propane dealer they said it was water in it. So I am going to call Monday if they don't make this right I will be switching and calling better business bureau.

I have been on the phone trying to get a hold of someone for 2 1/2 hrs. We have a snow storm on the way and breaking record lows and unable to get propane for my tank. My wife talked to someone and they said that they don't do expedited orders here in this area but we know better because we have had to do it before

I normally use Ferrellgas, but recently used a competitor because your prices were much higher.... I own my 600 gal tank so I have the option to shop for the best prices when I need propane. Ron Jenkins

It won’t let me give a zero or I would ! We told them to come pick up their tank after we paid the rental on the tank , now they’re trying to charge us 90 to pick up their tank and they’re not wanting to fix the ruts they left in my yard
