Poor customer service
They made an appointment to deliver my shipment giving me a 6 hour window. After no one showing up I called to find out why. The person answering said they were 4 days behind. I said a phone call would have been nice. She then transferred me to dispatch who then offered to reschedule and said they have been working down a list to call. Worthless. I do not recommend.

Next day was given a 1 hour window for delivery. Driver called an hour before scheduled delivery to see if I could meet him early. He said I see on paperwork that lift gate is required but is it really needed. I said yes. That is why I paid for the extra service.

I called to complain about being loaded on the wrong truck and was connected with someone named Glory. She was VERY rude. Kept talking over me and hung up on me. This terminal is an absolute joke and will be calling tomorrow to see if the terminal manager is any better.

Horrible service, package was not delivered when quoted, called and was told it would be several more days before they could deliver. Drove to them to get the package myself and got the run around on a refund for their outrageous delivery fee.

Package is there had to go get it ourselves because they wasn’t going to ship it for another week even though the package was there. Poor management

Poor customer service.
Shouts on your phone upon questioning about the delays. They do not know whats going on with the shipment which itself is pretty big gym machine. They keep telling it will be delievered tommorow and it never does. Sad thing we dont chose them as our freight company.

Sorry we are going to get your delivery you were waiting on after the weekend. Thursday we went to deliver and didn't have a lift gate. We will get it out to you Monday. Ugh. No big deal. Just our customers wanting deliveries in pizza boxes.

Your driver's cannot drive. One almost got me into a wreck and another one drove into a shed at my work and destroyed the doors.
