Heather Alexander did an awesome job! We looked at 8-10 houses before finding the right one, and she was there to answer any questions or concerns. After I choose my home, there were some hurdles in satisfying the FHA requirements. She was very helpful and knowledgeable in every area, fighting until the closing date to make sure it happened. Highly recommend!!

I really thought I could purchase a home in Hot Springs without the help of a realtor - and was I ever wrong! I learned that you absolutely need an advocate to fight for you as well as point out details that you might miss. I asked around and Heather Alexander was strongly recommended to me. WOW! She was incredible! She answered any and all questions I had - regardless of how silly or important! She was always so upbeat, and even when we looked at true duds (and we did!) She would keep me in stitches to keep my spirits up! I looked with her for well over a year and looked at {what seemed to be} a million houses - even the haunted ones (there were 2)!!
When we happened to stumble onto this one, it had just come on the market and it was absolutely a perfect fit for me! Heather was an absolute dream to work with!
