Great customer service, quick arrival when I needed a tow. Driver had a great personality, displayed a solid knowledge loading and unloading safely, and was able to get me and my car home safe too! Would definitely use again. Best price in town as well! Easy five stars!

They are overpriced $300 plus use of a wrench $96. They are to overpriced. As you can see the exhaust pipe bent but could be straightforward with his towing but didn't even come and talk to you, but that didn't happen.

This company is AMAZING!! They made sure they brought a truck that could hold my family of four (whom was broken down roadside on vacation in another state). The truck they used was big and sturdy and professional (and clean) and I could tell our driver had years of experience. As soon as he got the women and young children safely into the air conditioned cab, he loaded us up quickly and efficiently and we were in our way. We needed to leave our junker there overnight, which was no problem, then the wonderful women at the counter gave us a ride down the road to the car rental location. The whole staff was genuinely friendly and caring. Each one of them was warmer and more friendly then the next. My family was in the middle of a nightmare and they made the whole ordeal much less stressful. I cannot recomend them enough!! If they had locations everywhere, I'd NEVER go anywhere else!! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. BEST TOW TRUCK EXPERIENCE EVER!!!❤️❤️👍🏻

The driver was prompt, courteous and capable. Their new location is very nice. The folks there were friendly and took care of us right away. They also charged $20 less than another local towing company I had used the month before for the same service at less distance.

They're very timely mannered are open and honest and can be a little uptight sometimes but that is due to others that are not understanding of their job I wish to thank you for all that you have guys have done for me you guys are in my opinion one of the best towing companies there is and I appreciate every one of you

This was my second time renting a U Haul trailer from Driven. Brooke helped me both times, and her customer service skills will bring me back next time. She hooks up at pickup time, and will gladly unhook when returning the trailer. Her cheerful demeanor and helpful attitude seems more and more rare these days.
