Perfect place if you want your stuff stolen by grease tweakers who are the worst thieves but won't get caught when you pair it with incompetent security. Also, you have to fight Botox Karen to terminate your lease.

So I’ve had some hiccups with my unit on mountain pine rd. Brandy, a great representative for Mini mall, talked me through some of the bumps, made sure I was paying the rate I was promised. She is always super respectful and honestly funny. She is the reason I stay with Mini mall, she makes it easy to call in and get things straightened out. 10/10 for Brandy

Brandy was very nice and helpful. There was supposedly an upgrade to a bigger unit but when we got there it was a 10x10. The email had a unit # with a letter but there were no letters on the buildings or units but we did figure it out. Had an issue with the gate code provided but they were quick to respond with a fix.
