Great experience. Staff helpful friendly and professional. Very nice , clean and maintained unit. Moved right in. The only suggestion is that the site map that shows the units include the building perimeter and label the buildings. Once you understand the map it’s easy, but the first time I did a few laps. This will always be my local storage site. Keep it up folks.

Been renting there since 2008 and once Blue Sky took over, the price of renting would go up every six months. Then they wanted to charge you an additional amount if you couldn't submit proof of insurance. Door to the unit wouldn't stay open and often fell on someone as we would enter or exit the unit. Had to use wooden boards to prop the door up when trying to get in and out.

ROACH INFESTATION
I was very wrong about this place At first, they seem nice and everything seems clean. Had things stored here for a month. No food was inside. Nothing for roaches to eat on however, after moving into my brand new home I am fighting a roach infestation due to storing things here. I notified them of this however no one cared to respond

I want to commend the Ladies that work here at Blue Sky Storage in Hot Springs Village, Ar.
Amanda is amazingly helpful, and they are willing to work with you about certain circumstances as long as you keep communicating with them. I have had a lot of life changes while my belongings were stored there. I appreciate them so very much! I highly recommend this location!!
