I highly recommend Fidelis Transportation! Brandon and his crew were very kind, personable, professional, great with communication, timely, and very thorough! They checked, doubled checked, and maybe even triple checked everything on the truck/trailer before driving away from my home. REALLY DANGER COMPANY, THEY PICK UP A VEHICLE ON THE 12 NOVEMBER OF ANDREWS TEXAS AND HAD TO DELIVERY IT THE NEXT DAY IN HOUSTON TEXAS, AFTER ONE DAY THEY CALLME AND TOLD ME THAT THEIR TRUCK WAS BROKEN. AFTER 5 DAYS THEY CALLME AGAIN AND TOLD ME THAT THEY NO ABLE TO REPAIR THEY TRUCK FAST AND THAT THE CAR WOULD BE SENT TO ME WITH ANOTHER COMPANY, AFTER THAT, THEY DID NOT ANSWER THE PHONE, THE MESSAGES, OR EMAILS, THE 3 OF DECEMBER THE POLICE COMMUNICATED TO ME THAT THE CAR HAS BEEN REPORTED STOLEN IN ARKANSAS, THEY CONTINUE WITHOUT ANSWERING MY CALLS OR MY MESSAGES, LOOKING LIKE SOMETHING THEY ARE HIDDING, REALLY BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY.
