Not secure at all, and they don't care. The company that owns this business is out of state and it shows. They left their gates fully open for over 2 months. Stopped using their outdoor surveillance cameras. I called numerous times to tell them units were being broken into every night, homeless people were living inside the facility and on the grounds, the gates wouldn't close, the doors to interior units were being propped open everyday... They acted like I was a bad customer for bothering them with my security concerns. And they left this facility totally unmanned, without a single employee for 2 months...

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY USING THIS PLACE. You would be much better off using a different storage in town. I entrusted Red Dot with my belongings and that was a HUGE mistake. My unit got broken into and a lot of my stuff got stolen including personal information that is now at risk to be used and sentimental memorabilia that I will never get back. I feel completely violated. Red Dot did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about it. They would never check the video camera footage for me and would never send it to me either. There was a camera RIGHT NEXT to my unit too. That proves that either the surveillance cameras don’t work or it was an inside job. I called several times regarding this tragedy I encountered and I eventually just gave up after realizing that Red Dot was not going to do anything. I even continued to pay my monthly fee until I got the rest of my stuff out even though Red Dot did not deserve it after they ALLOWED such a thing to happen. In my opinion, I feel like Red Dot OWES ME. I STRONGLY advise everyone to think twice about this place and make a wiser choice than I did. I would hate for this to happen to someone else.

DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE. There is no zero star.
-storage was broken into, police report, report to storage, I have evidence that was left, and what should have been seen leaving. cameras everywhere. Claim denied. Appeal denied. Inside job obviously. And insurance scam. I was locked out, due to broken doors, the gate was stuck open on occasion. And it's filthy. Take your stuff to the dump and save your money. Anything but from RED DOT.

Seems to be a good indoor storage although the gate or one of the doors is always not working. I’ve seen homeless persons trying to break in to outdoor units and called police. Largest complaint is 2 price increases within a year. Each for $40-50 so beware. (Around a 20-25% each). Crazy. We’ll be leaving soon and they can have their unit back.
