I have shipped with Rockel a few times, everytime I have received all of my goods in good order and as advertised. Each time they have gone above and beyond to collect my items. They respond to messages promptly and are always polite.

I totally agree with Cory James. Rockel does not even deserve a 1 star. The worst business people and a disgrace to Sierra Leoneans.
The owner is a compulsive liar and extremely deceitful. She and her staff give inconsistent information about the whereabout of your goods. They have this nasty habit of shipping your goods in bits , yet forces you to pay upfront while your goods are still in the UK.
More so, they ignore you when you try to query about your goods.
Shipped in July , money paid in full and up to day''s date, I am still awaiting 53 chairs and other items.

Certainly a 1 Star experience no more no less, The most Valuable items Food and Electronics are highly likely to go missing and when you query about it there's no reply. The customer service is Horrendous, The worst Shippers to be honest.

Avoid at all costs or the experience will end up costing you a LOT MORE. They lose your goods and refuse to compensate you for the lost items (even if you provide them with receipts of the goods bought). They do not deserve the 1 star rating.
