These guys were amazing. They got my luggage and notified me immediately after I reported it. They have been super kind and helpful, especially the lady attendant at Waverley. I am very grateful for their service and highly recommend them. Special thanks to the Scotrail staff.

Service was good and the staff was nice, however, the pricing is absolutely outrageous - 15 pounds for up to 24hours PER ITEM? So leaving 2 backpacks and a small carry on suitcase for an afternoon would cost 45 pounds? Abysmal. A website recommending luggage storage claimed it was 2.99

Used this place a couple of times. Staff are generally very blunt, borderline rude. Prices are ridiculous at £15 per bag for anything over 3 hrs. Really wish the station would invest in some self-service lockers so there can be a reasonable alternative to this place.

Great service and lovely staff. It is pricy per bag as it is either 3 hours and then it jumps to 24hours should be £10 for up to 8 hours the. This would be 5 stars 😀

I’d give it a zero star if I could. Being treated very rudely. We’ve been asked to “get back!” when going up to the counter trying to store our luggage, and then stood aside for another 10 min without being addressed by any staff. In the end, I had to ask what’s going on and was told that they didn’t know whether they have storage space and didn’t know how long we needed to wait. An extremely negative experience just stepping out of Edinburgh. I do hope that the company could improve the staff training on customer services.

The staff is very nice and polite and they had enough rooms for out bags. While we saw them later have to turn people away because they didn't have room they did give them detailed directions to another storage place.

Complete waste of time. We had a couple of hours spare in Edinburgh and paid £15 for 2 bags to be stored. However, after waiting 20 minutes in a line, we gave up and took our bags with us. Although after e-mailing customer service, they provided a refund.
