I would give 0 if i could....sign for delivery over the christmas, reacheduled to 24th of december due to stuck at home with sever pneumonia, no one came and i sat home for all day. Had to collect on the 30th of December...terrible.
Secondly, My friend sent me a parcel on the 6th od January to be delivered before 1pm next day ( sat home all day no one came), it then updated online they will deliver on the 8/1 next day by 1pm....its 8/1/ 14.27pm and still no attempt ( plus i have camera also to prove it) stuck home again loosing out on pay and work.

Thirdly, collection arranged for the 7/1 no one came, rescheduled for 8/1... no one came yet again....

The last 4 parcels I’ve had “delivered” by Royal Mail I’ve waited nearly a week of back of forth about trying to deliver, I’ve had to take days working from home and they still don’t know ring the buzzer, just get a text saying that they’ve “tried to deliver” - then when I go to collect them they’re back out for redelivery and the cycle restarts, I NEVER use Royal Mail if I want something delivered, they’re an absolute joke.

I give them our leaflets but they did not share them to postcodes where we marked already. Honestly Royal Mail made me shock . Still we are emailing to refund my money and my 65000 leaflets.

Over the last couple of months multiple packages have not been delivered. They claim they have attempted delivery however I will be in the house, no card comes through the door, and I have a ring doorbell that shows no attempt of a delivery. I then have to redirect the delivery to a post office or pick it up at the delivery office. I am sick of not receiving my packages because they cant be bothered to deliver them. It takes weeks to receive post from family eg birthday cards too, I am still waiting on a birthday card sent 2nd class by my mum over 2 weeks ago now.
Last week I paid £7.50 for tracked 48 hour delivery, for them to pretend they tried to deliver (despite no card or ring cam footage) and its now 4 days later and I don't have the package.
Never had an issue with royal mail until moving to this new address, not sure what is going on at this delivery office but it is starting to get on my last nerve.

Absolutely rubbish looked at the tracking info at 8am saying that it was out for delivery 🙄.
Followed by a wasted day waiting for my parcel to arrive it's know 18:40hrs and i'm still waiting for it to arrive.
Still this app is saying out for delivery what a load of rubbish.

It's absolutely shocking. Claimed to have delivered an item, took a shoddy picture, and did not receive anything. I'm still waiting on my post, which hasn't come in weeks! Really poor.

I don’t understand this Mail service at all, was home all day yesterday never heard a knock on the door. Only to get a mail saying they met no one at home. Been waiting for the re- delivery attempt too, not seen any one since.
Don’t no how to go about this now.
