Friendly efficient staff. Lots of parking room for trucks if you are waiting for box reference numbers ect. Clean toilets but lacking in drink/ snack vending areas.
As far as the job goes, not bad at all 👍

Shocking driver facilities. One toilet area, disgusting, filthy cabin. Went to use the toilet today, all 3 toilets completely blocked with s***. Went to Stena Freight office to ask if I could use the toilet there and bloke at the desk wouldn’t let me use the staff toilets, just expected me to either use those filthy blocked toilets or find somewhere off site.

This is a fantastic company. This is a shipping company that provide a direct link to Ireland from Heysham ( other ports available). The company has amazing staff who organise the loading of thousands of trailers on to the boats and transport them both ways. How this is done day in day out so quickly and efficiently is a mystery to me. The best shipping company.

Easy access, friendly & funny stuff. Plenty of room to park overnight around the port or inside. Be ready to be checked in your cab from security guards or even Police before entering the port. There is a Canteen too and some vending machines. Toilet facilities are ok and also they have showers. The port is on reconstruction at the moment and it will be bigger that it was before so be careful with groundworkers and other people around there. Also there are no big potholes as the horrible Seatruck in Liverpool or P&O in Bootle.

A great experience from start to finish
Arrived at Heysham , boat for overnight on Sunday to Belfast no queues , reversed truck onto boat , popped straight to cabins where Bogdon, a very friendlyam offered us a choice of meals , served quickly and very tasty
Very clean lounge with all drinks , coffee and biscuits with TV , cabins were clean and well appointed
All on all, a great service
