We worked with this company and experienced extremely unethical behaviour. Here’s what happened:

We booked a load around 2.30 pm with a pickup time of 4:00 PM, but our truck was delayed at Walmart due to their system being down. We informed the broker multiple times—at 4:00 PM, 4:30 PM, 6:30 PM, and again at 8:00 PM—about the delay. Despite being fully aware of the situation, the broker assured us that the late fee would be taken care of if we sent the truck. Trusting their word, we sent the truck.

After completing the delivery, they deducted 80% of the load payment and refused to cover the late fees as promised. Essentially, we worked for free for them.

This company’s practices are unfair and unethical. Think twice before working with them, as they do not honor their commitments or treat carriers fairly.

Arrive has done a great job at getting professional brokers with knowledge about the industry. I have been using Arrive for past 5 years and only dealt with only 4-5 different brokers to book freight with. As brokers moved up in position, I was able to find my next best broker. I do want to give a shout out to Tobby Gillan because man knows customer service and how to go extra step to take care of his carrier. It's our pleasure working with Arrive Logisitics and looking forward to growing our relationship further in the future.
