I ordered an number 8 which is a chicken sandwich I got an sweet tea with it which I did not get I definitely got unsweetened tea I drove back to work before going to eat my food and there’s a long black hair in my sandwich hanging out and the chicken looks like ifs been sitting out everything is cold and it wouldn’t be this cold within a 10 min drive 🤬

Had to stare at the window until they handed my drink over after they gave me my food. I get home and my wrap is in the bottom of the bag like this T.T usually they're not this bad but def been to better burger kings

Burger King has joined the rest of the fast food in town when it comes to drive thru service. Always interrupting, like rushing the customer..and in return I’m paying and not receiving what I ordered. Can’t even get a receipt, to agree or disagree with the order. I know we are all out here just trying to survive and take care of our own. But kindness and compassion within our situations can take us a lot further.

This is an updated review. My previous review was one star due to customer service and food quality. So I don’t know what you did BK but it’s been much better here lately. I will just say that if you’re going to park for fresh fries, please keep the sandwiches warm. I’d rather have hot burger than hot fries. Every time I’m parked I have piping hot fries and my burger is ice cold. You have nicer staff, the food is fresh, and having to wait is worth it. We

Almost every night after work me and my brother come through the drive through and order our supper right as you guys are about to close (like 10 min before you close), and even though I'm sure they're tired and ready to get off they ALWAYS handle our order in such a positive vibe. TERRIBLE. Every single time we get food there it is always wrong. We’re missing something or it was made completely wrong.
