This store and staff are 5 stars all the way! I have down several homes and projects with them now and they do not disappoint! I have now purchases 2 sets of kitchen cabinets from them and the measurements and fit have been spot on and beautiful! The back splashes have been meticulously cut and installed for a stunning result! I have now experimented with a few different floor styles now and the end result is beautiful. I couldn’t imagine working with anyone else in my business! Nobody will work harder for you. They ensure we succeed.

We have a new build in Tumbling Shoals. We went to Quality Floorz to select our floors and discovered so much more!! Heather’s design talent is amazing. I love my floors, but the tile work throughout the house surpasses my dreams. I am so excited about my new dining floor! James and John were like professional disciples. They are hard-working, professional and accurate. I loved helping brainstorm solutions because of unique house structural needs. From start to finish Heather and her team including Alec and Coby the installer have been top notch in our book! Our countertop guy recommended Heather for tile backsplash and she did not disappoint. She came out and measured, helped us one on one in her beautiful showroom and the selection they have is awesome. We are almost finished with our home. Quality Floorz did our bathroom shower, tile, backsplashes and floors.
Heather and Alec are a pleasure to work with, they were very accommodating, friendly and very helpful.
The job was done beautifully and the workers were fast and very friendly, not to mention very professional.

This was hands down the best customer service I have ever received! Heather listened to what I wanted and helped me pick out a flooring that fit my needs perfectly! James and Johnny did a fantastic job putting the flooring in. They had excellence in their work that is hard to find. They even went the extra mile and put my furniture back for the evening knowing they would have to move it again the next day. I would highly recommend them for your flooring needs.
