My husband and I traveled 12+ hrs yesterday and had a long day. We found out the hard way that THIS HOTEL HAS BEEN CLOSED FOR OVER A YEAR, yet they happily took our money to book a room that doesn’t even exist.
When we attempted to call them to ask for directions we were given a bogus address, which happened to be a residential apartment complex. We called back and they could barely understand our English language, put on hold for 25+ min, and even then no one responded. We had to hang up and call back. We were given a different number to call, which again was nonexistent. We called back again and told them to refund our money, which we were told would happen in 24-48 hrs. We had to spend even more money to book a room at a different resort. When we checked in at that place we were told that this particular motel has been closed for over a year and they get 2-3 people every night that had been duped by this particular “motel”. This should be illegal to take people’s hard earned money to book a room at a place that doesn’t even exist! This has been by far the worst experience we have ever had!

Positive: There is nothing good to say about this hotel Negative: First, and most importantly, people need to know that THIS HOTEL HAS BEEN CLOSED FOR OVER A YEAR, YET THESE PEOPLE CONTINUE TO RENT OUT ROOMS THAT DON?T EXIST, TAKING PEOPLE?S HARD EARNED MONEY! Getting our money back was a headache!

Very sorry service will not answer. The phone and had the door locked. Could not even get a room. Would definitely not recommend staying at this hotel. It is to be a good hotel but now it is a run down. No, good hotel. I wouldn't stay here. Went up the road to the Quality Inn. Really good service and really nice people very clean rooms.

Made reservations, three months ago. Arrived at Motel this afternoon after 3 o’clock check in time. Motel is in shambles. It has been closed for five months. It is still on all the sites to be rented reason we chose it was for the site in Heber Springs because we were going to see the eclipse. There was two other families there, and one more arrived after us with reservations also, everyone was very upset. This needs to be taken off of all sites. You cannot rent it. You cannot rent a room. It is closed. It is demolished a rat wouldn’t stay there right now. I wish I had taken a picture of it. I didn’t think about it, but it’s garbage .

Will never stay there again. Only reason I got the room was for a g long hot bath in one of the big tubs. So then I called they said ok they had one and told me they price and stuff. And told me they had sent me a link to pay for the room this link would give I V 10% more off my total. So of course since I’m a single mom that just needed to take a long hot relaxing bath I used the link and paid for my room. When I got there sometime between 11 -12 at nite My room was a normal room with a smaller tub then i have at home i called the front desk and was told since I paid online Thu the link they told me to use that I couldn’t switch rooms nothing they can do about it. But after looking at the filthy sheets and seeing my second cockroach I just left about 230 or 3 am. I was gonna go complain otw out but of course I couldn’t get anyone to come to the front desk so I just left Then I noticed the cleaning lady when I was leaving. Cause she’s one of this small towns local meth dealer. This place needs to me shut down

We were very pleased with our room. I've read the reviews of others and just wanted to say the hotel has done some remodeling and our room was very comfortable. It was clean and very well taken care of. I was impressed with the bathroom in our room. Water temperature and water pressure was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again if I ever need a hotel in the area again.

Blood stains on bed sham and wall, entry door kicked in at bottom (rain leaks in) leaking toilet on bathroom floor, stained towels and sheets, lumpy mattress,floors dirty upon arrival, basic of basic cable (no hbo here!), no room service for 5 days until requested, smoke alarm removed from ceiling, both dressers broken and un usable, Only positive I have for my room is the air conditioning worked. The owners here are somethin else too! Don't waste your money staying here if there is no other choice just get yourself put in jail as it would be better for you.

My experience was terrible. The room I reserved was not the room they gave me. They said they did not have any rooms like that. The website had not been updated was their excuse. They refused to give me a refund even though they falsely advertised the room. I would not recommend this Place to anyone. It gets a Big Fat 0 from me. I would not set a homeless person up here. Worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Worst customer service as well.
