I rented from this man for 5 years, in those 5 years my storage was broken into at least 4x's. I couldn't afford to move my things. When my Storage was broken into instead of offering to replace my lock for my inconvenience and loss of anything of mine that was precious or irreplaceable, he was happy to SELL me a new lock for $8😲 He had no compassion or remorse for what happened he got angry & defensive when I asked him why he didn't have better security. He answered me that he has tried it in the past and it just get stolen. I wished I had told him if he puts a security camera 20 feet up on a pole they wouldn't steal it. For all I know he staged a break in and took all my stuff. My husband had tons of fishing gear & rifles as well as family heirlooms that cannot be replaced. They even stole my kitchen table!! My husband became disabled and we put everything we owned into that storage. When we were finally able to move out we had a quarter of what we had put into it. Also, when I moved out we had one final little piece of trash to pick up. He called me asking when I would be able to pick it up. I told him I was unsure, well he kindly offered to haul it away for me (it literally was a small arm full of junk/boxes) I was like oh, he finally offered to help us after giving him money monthly for 5 yrs! Then it dawned on me this way he doesn't have to give me back my deposit! We had cleaned out an swept out the whole unit, but I didn't get my deposit back because he had to haul off an arm full of trash! Don't rent here ever, you won't keep it if u leave it here. I have no proof the owner stole anything however the way I was treated by him made me know that he has no empathy for anyone but himself. He will gladly sell you a new lock though, anytime! 😣😒😤

We were with them (not by choice) for 5 years. In those 5 years we were broken into 6 times. The owner has no customer service skills. They literally stole my kitchen table, and most anything they could pick up. After break ins the owner made us pay him if we wanted to buy a new lock from him. Had my customers had their units broken into then I would have offered them a free lock. He refused to up any security measures when I asked he got offended. If u were one day late he charged u a late fee. When we moved we hardly had anything except our furniture that was way in the back of the unit. My husbands rifles & swords were stolen. Many other things that were priceless to us. Most of all of it was gone after the first & second hit. Surprisingly we were not broken into the last two years we were there probably because the owner new anything of worth was gone. Do not rent here!!!!

The gentleman that owns these storage unit is a very nice man he's always very helpful have kept him pasta hours more than once and well I know he minded he didn't seem too but I felt bad but I really appreciated him they're very kind
