It was super easy to rent a space online. I had a same size unit in Texas that cost twice the rent. The day I arrived it was raining really hard and everyone was working to make sure the water stayed out of the buildings. Absolutely so far recommend.

Nice facilities. Just don't expect the storage unit to be within any acceptable "climate controlled" range. A good climate controlled unit shouldn't exceed 80 degrees. Once the weather reaches the 90's....so does the unit. I placed a thermostat with a 7 day memory of highest temps and humidity and it reached 93 to 95 on most days with a high level of humidity. Unacceptable if you have any fabric items, clothes, furniture etc. It's much too hot to move out now, but we will be gone as soon as the weather drops. The management can't do anything about it as it would require additional insulation and AC units. Tools and outdoor items are fine, but that's not what you are paying for.

Clean, secure facility in a convenient location. It’s great having a U-Haul business on site, billing reminders are sent each month and it’s easy to communicate via text or email. Dollies and carts are new and high quality.
Mae follows up quickly on any needs. I left a camera on a dolly when moving in. She tracked my visit and returned it to me.
