I only gave one star because that’s the only way I could have a comment. I would never use this place again. My order has been sitting at there place for over a week. The second day I called to make arrangements for delivery but the days I was off work they didn’t have enough shipment close enough to me to bring it. This location is probably 30 to 35 miles from my house. They pushed it out until some orders built up. Supost to be here today!!!! Not much faith in them. You pay 400 for shipping and they drag there feet!!! Not good business!!!

This is a sorry excuse for a shipping company. They Do Not care about your needs. They schedule pickup and then don’t call you or let you know they rescheduled for a week later..again.. all because they don’t have enough lift trucks. Need to find another company or they’ll do it to you to.! They also destroyed my shipment on three separate occasions. If a company you’re buying from uses ABF through Decatur,Al. Chances are it’s going to be damaged before you get it. I would buy from somewhere that doesn’t use ABF through Decatur,Al.

The driver (Bill) gets 5 stars for himself! He called me to say he was on his way and asked where to drop off my purchase. When I pulled in 20 minutes later he was still there to show me a spot he had found on the item to make sure I was aware of it. Super nice! He helped me get the item in the back of my truck and even asked if he needed to unload it for me

Got the goods from point a to b. Didn't call before delivery to give a time window, they called when they were on site. Other than that everything was fine.

This is the most unreliable freight company that delivers to Decatur, AL. I have yet to receive a scheduled shipment on time from this terminal!

They need more lift gate delivery trucks .. Freight sit there for 5 days and not moving.

Shipping one pallet with these guys is very expensive if you do not have an account.
