Do not turn the truck around for a family emergency, pertaining to anyone that might have trouble breathing!
You will absolutely not have a job!!!
They will not make reasonable accommodations for such a situation!!!
You can have multiple accidents, tickets ect & still have a job, but you are not allowed to have a family emergency whatsoever!!!
That is #1 not acceptable!!!
Loads are the only thing that matters here!!!
Do not believe anything safety tells you, about we have your back!!!
That is 100% a lie!!!
Unfortunately, HR is no help, whatsoever!
She's a puppet & will do what others who are under her, tell her what to do!!!
The open door policy, to the owner is a 100% lie!!!
You can ask for a sit down, instead get excuses!!!
Other than that, the company is great!
Trucks are bare minimum, but in great shape & do the job very well!
Just a few humans ruin it!!!

Please tell your drivers, especially truck #3093, that you do NOT take you 30 minute break sitting at a fuel pump. Then he’s gonna give me a stare down cause I reported him to the fuel desk. I’ve been out here for 39 years and I know he hasn’t. It was obvious.

Truck # 2987 ran me off the road coming around a curve, right when I got out of Birmingham Alabama around 3:30am. Luckily I didn’t go hit the guard rail, would have been bad. Hopefully y’all will address this by asking your driver about it !!! N lookin at the dash cam footage !!

They will push you to do illegal runs and punish you for not doing. Pay wasn’t bad. Didn’t really have orientation just thrown the keys without road test. I tried calling Dex would never pick up
