There was an insurance salvage tractor on an auction that was on Bruno's lot. Description said it was rolled, but it had very little visual damage. I called Bruno's and asked for the service department, and was informed that they had not written up an estimate on it. I bought the tractor. I called and talked to "Daniel in Service" for loading details. He said he cannot release the tractor because they have a $15,000 storage bill from the past 11 months of it being there. I asked if he knew what was wrong with it, and he said, yes, it has engine damage we have an estimate here for like $14,000. It was upside down and ran until locked up. Hmmm... I know insurance salvage is high risk, and no guarantees; but accurate answers to questions would help!

Took my mower in around mid July for yearly maintenance. The pot was adjusted. Cut my grass twice due to no rain. Mower worked great. Third mow it began to vibrate badly. Took it back. Was told the screw had come out of the pto. Wait! You just worked on it and you want how much to put a screw in and the belt back on. Should have been warranted

Dealing with Tyler is somewhat hard at times. Left message and waited three days and finally had to call to get answers for a one minute question. There prices are hard to beat but definitely could use a better return call system

Service after the sale sucks. Been having a code issue wit the tractor since day one. I’ve called,left messages and emailed Tyler of the issue with no resolution yet. They have great prices but service can use a lot of work.

After the post the owner reached out and we reached an agreement I was happy with. The part was on back order so it took a while. I haven’t had opportunity to try it out due to the time I got back. All my grass is dying now that fall is here. But I just wanted to say these guys were prompt with resolving the issues. Thanks!!!

I had been shopping for a tractor for several years. I had visited and called multiple different dealers during my search. I ended up buying from Bruno's because the pricing was up front and there was no sales pitch. They hands down have the best tractor pricing in the state. The tractor was delivered at the time it was promised.

I live over 500 miles from Bruno’s. Ordered my Massey Ferguson GC1715 over the phone after seeing a listing online. Peyton and Jasmyne were straight forward to work with. I communicated with them via phone and email with regards to sales and paperwork. A little over a week later, Kenny dropped off my tractor. Kenny called the day before delivery to arrange a time to meet at my house. And then again the morning of to let me know the exact time he would be there. He showed up within 2 minutes of his predicted time. This is much appreciated as I took off work to meet him there. He expertly maneuvered his large semi truck in my neighborhood to drop off in front of my house. He then went over the operation of the tractor. Peyton, Jasmyne and Kenny were all professional, courteous and appreciative of my business. They answered all my questions quickly and easily. I have to admit that I was apprehensive after wire transferring the money down and then waiting for tractor to show up. But everything worked out as promised. I received a brand new Massey tractor with 1 hr on the meter. I saved thousands of dollars over a local dealer quote (which took 4 phone calls just to get the price). I prefer to buy local, but I just can’t justify spending the extra money. The only difference was about a weeks wait time for tractor. I highly recommend Bruno’s, it was a great tractor buying experience.
