I'm from Hornell, NY and just got out of the hospital today. The hospital provided medical transport from this company. .ind you, I broke my ankle. The driver (Keen I think his name was) from start to finish was a courteous gentlemen. He helped me get in the cab, told me from the front seat easy ways to reposition, let me eat in the cab to relieve leg cramp pressure and even turned up his nice jazzy music when I asked him to because my mind was racing with all of the tough changes ahead. If I ever need to go back to Rochester and our cabs in Hornell are not available, I will be recommending this company and him as my driver if he is available.

Just came inches from being side-swiped by one of your driver's who decided to change lanes without looking or signalling. (Car 90) It is truly scary to see this kind of absent-minded behavior from a driver who's sole job is to ensure the safe transport of other living people. To anyone reading this review that isn't affiliated with this company, invest in a dashcam. It'll protect you from drivers like the one I encountered today.

Their drivers are dangerous. Traveling from Rochester to Lockport, one of their cars passed in a no passing zone, aggressive driver, nearly hit me. I was traveling 5 miles over the speed limit. No excuse for driving like that if you work for a transportation company.

We called to confirm a ride and the supervisor Joe was extremely unprofessional and rude. He hung up me. Will never use this service again.

Update: Due to this review I am now banned from their services. Instead of apologizing for their unprofessional behavior, they'd rather just ban their customers. Again please do not ride with this company if you actually want to be respected and taken to your appointment on time. The owner is immature and disrespectful.

Women beware ⚠️

The owner is completely unprofessional. I called because my cab was late, I simply asked when would my cab arriving and the owner immediately catches an attitude, yelling about how the cab driver has been calling and ringing my door bell, threatening to leave. I relayed how I hadn't received a single phone call or door bell ring and he's stating that he has the call logs. I counter with that I can provide my own call logs and then he's suddenly back peddling saying how I don't need to argue with him. He hangs up on me. I go out to the cab driver and ask if they've rang my doorbell or called me and he tells me that he hasn't. He had only been there for less than two minutes. The owner is sexist and it's mostly women who complain about his maltreatment.

This isn't my first time having a problem with him nor cab companies in general. I'm so tired of medical cab companies simply being greedy and then lashing out on us. I am disabled and unable to drive. I cannot afford Ubers. These owners are ableist and disrespectful.

Please teach your drivers how to drive on the thruway. The transport van stays in the left lane with plenty of space to move over while 5-6 cars pass him on the right. Professional drivers should know how to drive.

Was driving going 490 East when a company car was crossing lanes without looking and almost hit my car. had to swerve into the left lane after honking my horn driver looked unfazed and high. Should have better drivers

Horrible, horrible experience. Paid $160+ in advance for a relatively short round trip to out patient chemotherapy for a wheel chair bound elderly relative. On the return, we had to wait more than 1.5 hours after calling for the pick-up. (This is something you really don't want to be doing after four plus hours of chemo infusion.) The person answering the phone provided grossly inaccurate information regarding ETA, and, when I called back after waiting for an inordinate length of time, was nasty and unprofessional and refused to let me speak to anyone else there. I would never, ever consider using this service again.

Three stars for the polite, professional drivers that picked up my mom from a nursing home for a medical test . Drivers were polite and friendly. Mom said they were good and safe drivers. Disappointed that I had to call them for her return trip...you dropped her off, you weren't planning to take her back? Overall it was a safe & positive trip for Mom. Thank you drivers!

Worst company took then 20+ min to pick up my mother at her dr appointment and take her back to the nursing home. Called them and they just don't care. WORST COMPANY EVER second time they did this their is no sense of compassion with this place
