I cannot rave enough about my experience with Everly Properties thus far. Most importantly my experience with their staff has been absolutely superior. Early summer 2024 I had to make a very quick decision to relocate from California to Wisconsin and had to pull off that relocation in less than 26 days. I don’t know how I would have done it if I wasn’t working with Jenn from Everly properties. Other rentals and management companies I looked into were harsh, demanding and some even downright predatory. When I found my current rental and began working with Jenn — over half my stress dissipated. They are kind, understanding, flexible, reasonable, available, approachable. Once I moved in, we encountered only a few minor issues here and there and the maintenance team, specifically Josh and Luke, are absolute rockstars! They provide quick, friendly efficient service and take note of any and all concerns. They also have given me great tips on how to navigate the upcoming winter. Every issue we’ve had thus far has been tended to and resolved. I am beyond grateful to have found a rental in a home I love— especially as a full time mom who works from home. I highly recommend Everly Properties and their staff!

After getting approved to rent a house. They told us they were going to send us the lease but lied and ignored us for 4 days until we finally got them to text us back saying that they had chosen a different applicant. Very unprofessional! Beware of Mallori. The communication was awful.
