I wish thier name matched the way the company is run it would named waypoint no details delivery. there is ZERO communications skills between dispatch and drivers with orders and deliveries made some orders are left in the warehouse with no information sent to the drivers. And upper management is a complete joke. They couldn't run a kool-aid stand on the corner. They even hired a driver WHO HAD NO DRIVERS LICENSE. And a different driver who emptied his colostomy bag onto the clients property. Wow

They Stole 25+ hours of overtime from me!! The proof was right in front of them and they flat out refused to pay!! These people give Zero F's about their drivers. They should be so ashamed

No relation to the services they offer, but the only experience I have had is having one of their drivers drive like a maniac. Cut me off numerous times at night on 35. Drove next to vehicles so you can't pass him. If they work like they drive you're going to be dissapointed. Bad employees.
