It flooded twice may/June.
No one even contacted any of us to come check our storage. I don't even know how often they come to check the storage facility.
As far as filing a claim? Forget it a bunch of hoops to jump through for payment history and trying to upload pictures of moldly flood damaged items ...forget it.

I'd leave 0 stars if I could. UNITS FLOODED THIS PAST MONTH. OWNER DID NOT CALL ANYONE. CHECK YOUR UNITS. news crew has been contacted due to owners negligence. Thousands of dollars lost between units.
