We stopped in on Monday about 3PM. Amber was the employee that helped us. She was Friendly, Expedient and Professional. The buildings are clean, well monitored and secure, all while being easily accessible. We would happily recommend using MyBox Storage.

This is a very nice storage facility. It is always super clean and both ladies in the office are always willing to help you have a great experience. They rent moving trucks and have a great supply of moving related products. It is hard to tell there is actually a storage facility here as all units are indoor, climate control and sort of tucked back behind the shopping centers. Despite being tucked back, on the side, the loading area is well lit and in a safe area. There are camera abound and the staff are very attentive to watching out for you.

This is the best self-storage experience I have ever had. The folks who work here are thoughtful and helpful, they go above and beyond, and the entire process was seamless. They are fantastic to work with, excellent customer service. I would absolutely rent again if we still lived in Montgomery
